Scholarships

The Kassel Smit - Make a Difference Scholarship is awarded annually to college bound seniors in Cary High who exhibit the following Kassel like characteristics and have made a difference.

Creativity,  Sensitivity, Respect
Inquisition, Exploration, Fairness
Giving, Leadership, Learning
Fun, Humor, Love

Applications and nominations were received and selections made by the Cary High Scholarship Committee. From 2005 - 2014, two scholarships of $2,000 each were awarded yearly. As of 2015 the scholarships have been increased to $2,500 each.
