About Kassel

Kassel Aaron Smit
June 16, 1987 - April 12, 2004

Kassel was 16 when he was one of two passangers who died in a car accident on Hwy 64 in Apex. He was dearly loved and respected by so many who have been blessed to have known him and been a part of his life. Kassel made Eagle Scout with Boy Scouts of America Troop 216. His project is on the far side of the Bond Lake trail. As a Junior at Cary High School, he was a member of the cross country and track team, drama club and was on the AB Honor Roll.
His biggiest pleasure was making people laugh & smile.
